Performance Features

Paired with various inspection modules, it can be directly installed at the key nodes of quality control (QA, QC) of the production line, plug and play. Different hardware modules can deliver various inspection functions. Users can choose one or more inspection modules according to their own needs. The entire module can be easily installed on the production line and takes up a small space. Users can select several modules to replace the existing manual inspection workload. Alternatively, they can install one module of certain inspection functionality at some point of production with high quality control complaint. Based on the collected inspection data, users can diagnose and identify the main cause and root problem for the weak link for the whole production line. They can then target this specific problem and improve the overall quality in short time.


This software can be installed on a fully automatic inspection machine. According to the inspection requirements by the user, the inspection machine can be configured with selected stations to optimize the inspection workflow. The fully automatic inspection machine equipped with Deep Inspect software has the best inspection performance in industry. The integrated inspection solution conducts holistic inspection just prior to the packaging step, achieving fast, efficient and accurate quality control.


Update the inspection accuracy of existing equipment: at present, a large number of automatic inspection machines have poor detection results: many missed detections coupled with high false positive rates.
